ONLINE! Writing to Find Your Self: The Art of Inquiry

Who are you?

Join us and discover new facets of yourself...

"The important thing is not to stop questioning." ~Albert Einstein

This is the place to curl up with your journal and a cup of tea, allowing yourself time and space to feel into yourself .

Beth creates a cozy environment and serves up thoughtful questions designed to stimulate new ways of looking at yourself and your life. As your hands move across the paper, you'll discover a well-spring of wisdom and hidden treasures.

Finding the answers to who you are starts with posing the right questions and Beth has mastered the art of inquiry.

This provocative and playful process-oriented 3 week series offers you writing experiences that will guide you to answering challenging questions leading to powerful insight

  • What would you do if you weren't afraid?

  • What is your life's motto?

  • Where is your favorite scar and what is its story?

When we ask a question our mind is engaged, yet open. The Art of Inquiry protects us from our tendency to reach the same old conclusions. Instead, we have an opportunity to respond with inquisitiveness and a sense of wonder. While participants are encouraged to share about their process, there is no pressure to reveal private answers.

Whether you're a seasoned writer or a wanna-be journaler - this workshop is for you. Writing to Find Your Self will help you find the way to the you you were meant to be.

Beth, a life long spiritual explorer and writer will encourage you to develop a new perspective through stirring the waters of your life and discover a clarified vision of yourself and your authentic voice.
