Let 2024 be the year you kick it up a notch. Join us for FUN and enjoy the journey to a richer connection with yourself! Every month, Beth will be leading a fun and inspirational PlayShop - at Pure Poetry in Trumbull on the 1st Thursday of the month - 6pm-7:30pm, $40/person.

Journey Through the Chakras

Come out and play with us as we explore these powerful energy centers known as chakras. Beth will lead you on a personalized energy healing meditation designed to deepen your experience of self as we demystify the chakras and offer practical techniques to activate and connect to them for your own self-healing and personal growth.
