Let 2021 be the year you kick it up a notch and enjoy the journey to a richer connection with yourself! Every month, Beth will be leading a fun and inspirational PlayShop - both in-person at Pure Poetry in Trumbull (small group of attendees, socially distanced) AND Virtually via Zoom - so no matter where YOU are, you can join in the FUN!

EVERYONE will receive a carefully curated Pure Poetry 'Serenity Swag Bag' reflecting the PlayShop theme-of-the-month. Think candles, journals, crystals, pens, tarot cards, smudge sticks, essential oils, How fun is THAT?!

Journey Through the Chakras

Come out and play with us as we explore these powerful energy centers known as chakras. Beth will lead you on a personalized energy healing meditation designed to deepen your experience of self as we demystify the chakras and offer practical techniques to activate and connect to them for your own self-healing and personal growth.
