Come ONLINE and play with Jen and Beth as they lead you on a  7 week series designed to connect you with your inner world through a meditation and art adventure.

No experience in meditation or art needed. Come as you are. And invite your family to join in the fun too! Kids welcome!

This playshop is perfect for those wanting to play and explore hidden aspects of themselves - whether you are new to the energetic and creative world, or a seasoned meditator and/or artist.

Each week, our creative adventure includes a powerful guided meditation led by Beth to help you tap into your creative energy.  Immediately after, Jen will lead the way with her expert guidance as we create from the inside out!

No art experience needed. Just come as you are! We will be focusing on the feelings from the meditation, so you can have fun with the supply suggestions.

This is an opportunity to create in community, relax and have fun!

We encourage you to experiment with different supplies as we go through the series.  Don't feel like you need to run to the store (please don't) or order online.  There are plenty of options to choose from.

Supply Ideas List:

Crayons, markers, pencils, pens or highlighters , Paint (any kind), Rocks, shells, crystals (have your phone camera handy), Fabric scraps, buttons, felt , etc, Magazines & newspaper for collage, Nature: sticks, flowers, leaves  (have your phone camera handy), TOYS! - legos, blocks, cars to name a few, Clay or play-doh, Office supplies: Post-its, paper clips, erasers, etc., Craft supplies - all the things, Holiday decorations - why not use them more then once a year, Empty containers in your kitchen with some of the above, Journal with  pens or pencils, Adult or child coloring book with tools to color

This list can go on and on.  Have fun with this.  See what you have around the house or in the yard.
